Petrunin Nicolay Alexeevich

Born in 1959,  Raevo, Zemetchinsky district, Penzenskaya region 

Professional Career:

1977-1979 – Conscript military service;

1979-1985. – Student, Moscow Forest-Technical Institute; 

1985-2000 – Various leading financial-economic positions in Moscow Forest Department;  

2001-2003 – Deputy Chairman of the Council on Finances, COOPTORG Company; 

2003-2004 – Deputy Director on Financial-Economic Activities, FSI “CENTERLES”; 

2004-2009 – Director General, Teaching – Methodical and Educational Center “PARTNER”; 

2009- Present time – Head of Budget-Financial Department, Federal Forestry Agency, Moscow.  

Education, Scientific Activities

In 1985 graduated from engineer-economic faculty of Moscow Forest-Technical Institute (with honors diploma), specialization – economics and management in forestry and forest industry.  

Author of numerous works on budget planning in forestry, administration of payments for forest utilization, accounting in forestry institutions and others.
